After several months of Alpha and Beta testing, the first production version of QueueExplorer for Mac and Linux is now available.
This is no longer a preview release. The Mac and Linux editions are ready for regular, everyday use.
The same QueueExplorer, now on three platforms
QueueExplorer has been available on Windows for many years. With this release, you can now use it on:
- Windows
- macOS
- Linux
The Mac and Linux editions currently support:
- RabbitMQ
- Azure Service Bus
- ActiveMQ
They also include the full QueueExplorer Professional feature set, including:
- Custom columns based on XML, JSON, and regular expressions
- Message schemas and metadata
- Schema import and export
- Custom folders
- Custom views
- Message editing, filtering, searching, and exporting
- Moving and copying messages between queues
In other words, this is not a reduced companion version. It brings the QueueExplorer Professional feature set to Mac and Linux.
Available to QueueExplorer 5 users with active support
QueueExplorer for Mac and Linux is available to QueueExplorer 5 customers with active support.
If your QueueExplorer 5 license is currently covered by support, you can download and use the Mac and Linux editions without purchasing a separate license.
For v5 customers whose support has expired, we prepared Mac/Linux access for expired support, which gets you access to the new editions, together with 12 months of support and product updates.
Customers who are still on QueueExplorer v4 or earlier can purchase an upgrade.

The Mac edition is available for both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. Linux packages are available for the most common desktop distributions.
This is an important release for us, and we are happy to finally make QueueExplorer available beyond Windows.
