• Only production servers are counted.
• Development/test/backup servers don't require additional licenses.
• Licenses are counted by number of monitored servers and don't depend on number of deployed agents. For example, if you have 3 production servers, you can monitor them from single agent or install agents on each server. It doesn't matter, you should have 3 licenses.

Support and upgrades

One year of support and upgrades is included. You can extend your coverage for up to 3 additional years and get:

• Full email support directly from product manager.
• Whenever we release a new major version of QueueMonitor you'll get it for free.
• Each additional year costs 20% of full price. Purchase here.

How is ordering performed
