You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
You may evaluate this SOFTWARE without purchasing a license for period of 14 days (the "Trial Period"). Trial period can be extended for another 14 days. You can only extend trial period once. After trial period is over you have to purchase license or remove SOFTWARE from your computer.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE. Cogin and its suppliers shall retain title and all ownership rights to the SOFTWARE.
All other rights are reserved to Cogin.
You may use SOFTWARE on as many personal computers as you purchased licenses. Each user can install and use SOFTWARE on additional computers without need for additional licenses, as long as it is used by that same person (including installations on laptops, or servers accessed by that user). Use of the SOFTWARE by multiple individuals simultaneously, including via Remote Desktop Services, Citrix, or other remote-access technologies, requires additional licenses for each concurrent user.
The SOFTWARE may be installed on one or more servers and accessed remotely through Remote Desktop Services, Citrix, or similar remote access technology. Each licensed user may access and use the Software concurrently on such servers, provided that the total number of simultaneous users does not exceed the number of licenses purchased.
License price includes 12 months of support and upgrades. For accounting and tax purposes, 80% of price is counted for intellectual property rights, while 20% of price is counted for support and maintenance. When purchasing additional years of support and upgrades, 30% of price is counted for intellectual property rights, while 70% of price is counted for support and maintenance.
License to use SOFTWARE is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable.

All other rights are reserved to Cogin.
You may use SOFTWARE on unlimited number of computers within a licensed organization. Enterprise license is world-wide and not limited to single geographical location.

SOFTWARE is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the SOFTWARE is borne by you. Should the SOFTWARE prove defective, you and not Cogin assume the entire cost of any service and repair. In addition, the security mechanisms implemented by Cogin have inherent limitations, and you must determine that the SOFTWARE sufficiently meets your requirements. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COGIN OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF COGIN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
