Licensing details

Only production servers are counted.
Development/test/backup servers don't require additional licenses.
Licenses are counted by number of monitored servers and don't depend on number of deployed agents. For example, if you have 3 production servers, you can monitor them from single agent or install agents on each server. It doesn't matter, you should have 3 licenses.
Licenses are perpetual, they don't expire
Includes 12 months of support and maintenance

Yearly support and maintenance

One year of support and upgrades is included. You can extend your coverage for up to 3 additional years and get:

How is ordering performed
